Tukay is not only a poet, but also a publicist and journalist, critic, folklorist, translator, public figure, and even a teacher. In every area Tukay told his loaded word and left his own traces. His body of works still exists nowadays, still makes us think. Joining all the Tatars scattered all over Russia and all over the world, Tukay also becomes a whole holding power. That’s why reading his works, knowing them, making them an intellectual wealth is a matter of honour for an every Tatar.
