Gabdulla Tukay influenced Bashkir literature and culture a lot. This influence does not come just to the development and formation of the Bashkir literature. He played a great role in the process of enrichment of Bashkir national works. Bashkir national narrators, while telling some Bashkir national baits* and tales, often use the style of Tukay. Nowadays a lot of tales, similar to “Shurale”, “Su Anasy”, “The Story of Goat and Sheep”, exist in the Bashkir literature.
Tukay’s flaming poetry made the Tatar nation famous forever. The name of Gabdulla Tukay is very close and important for the Bashkir nation.
